Customers are entitled to a full refund or credit with a 48-hour notice of cancellation before the activity date. A full refund or credit is also provided if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please contact us by phone. Those who do not show up will be charged the full amount. A waiver will be provided for you to sign before your trip departs. Not signing the waiver will lead to the cancellation of the activity.

Your health is our utmost priority, and we've implemented extraordinary measures to ensure the safety of all guests during and after your activity.

**Stringent Cleaning** - We have intensified the cleaning of surfaces and high-traffic areas between each tour, and hand sanitizer will be readily available for all guests.

**Social Distancing** - Our guides will always maintain a safe 6-foot distance during the tour, except when inside the vehicle. Additionally, all staff members are equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment, including face masks and gloves.

**Wellness Checks** - Our guides undergo daily wellness checks to confirm they are healthy and without symptoms. Should you or anyone in your group exhibit symptoms, we will collaborate with you to either cancel or reschedule your tour at no extra charge to you. (Some restrictions may apply)

Privacy Policy:

The information we collect is only that which is provided to us by you. This information is used for the processing of your reservation and payment information. This personal and financial information is stored and secured to the best of our abilities.

Switchbacks Hawaii only processes personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In addition to the above, such purposes include:

Providing our services; Auditing, research, and analysis to maintain, protect and improve our services; Ensuring the technical functioning of our network; Developing new services.

Switchbacks Hawaii processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America. We may process personal information to provide our own services.

Personal Information:

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Switchbacks Hawaii website features and services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
